One can be filled by the water well and the other is rain dependent. It is worth noting that even in the hard drought we have been in, there is still water in one of the tanks.

The land is currently being used for some hay production from the fields and hunting. There is a very nice creek that meanders through the south side of the ranch. It provides plenty of cover and an enhanced habitat for the ample amount of turkeys that roost in the big trees each evening, as well as all the other wildlife. There are also deer, quail, dove, and feral hogs that frequent the ranch.
